Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Suresh is a Senior Project Manager (Programme Manager) at Gleave, managing the pre-construction phase of projects from early planning through to design development. His role includes coordinating resources, managing supply chains, reviewing programmes and cost estimates, and ensuring projects reach key milestones efficiently and to a high standard. He enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges and keep projects moving forward.

Before joining Gleave, Suresh spent five years delivering projects across the logistics, commercial and hospitality sectors throughout Germany. He also gained extensive experience in cost control, cost monitoring and tendering, providing him with a strong understanding of both the commercial and delivery aspects of construction. He holds a European Dual Master’s degree in Construction and Real Estate Management and believes the best results come from collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Outside of work, Suresh enjoys travelling and capturing new places through photography. He also likes spending time with family and friends over a good meal, relaxing with a video game and seeking out new experiences. For Suresh, personal and professional development go hand in hand, and he embraces every opportunity to broaden his perspective.
