As Senior Portfolio Coordinator, Sandra plays a key role in supporting one of Gleave’s largest global client accounts, helping teams stay on track, meet targets and maintain the high standards expected across the portfolio.

Joining Gleave in 2020 as an Administrator, Sandra has built a career far beyond what she originally imagined. With a Master’s in Marketing Management, she brought a different set of skills and perspectives to the business, which have helped shape her progression and leadership development.

Sandra’s journey is a great example of how opportunities at Gleave can lead in unexpected directions. Supported by a collaborative culture and a team that encourages people to develop, she has taken on new challenges, built her leadership skills and shaped a career path of her own.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Sandra staying active with a gym session, a run or a scenic hike, often balanced by catching up with friends over dinner.
