Based in New York, Mia is a Risk Manager at Gleave, working with teams across the business to identify risks early, strengthen processes and help keep projects moving forward. She enjoys bringing clarity to complex challenges, finding practical solutions and building strong relationships that support successful project delivery.

Before joining Gleave, Mia built her career across healthcare operations, project management and business administration. This diverse experience has given her a collaborative and organised approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. She believes effective risk management isn’t about creating barriers – it’s about giving teams the confidence and information they need to make informed decisions and deliver successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. She also loves relaxing with her Shiba Inu, Chance. Whether at work or in her personal life, she’s always looking for opportunities to learn, grow and embrace new experiences.
